You have an option to have access to medical records online via The NHS APP or Systmonline:
Use the NHS App to login to access a range of NHS services online. Please visit www.nhs.uk/nhs-app for more information. See the home page for access to the App.
Use the systmonline website where you can log in and either book appointments or order your repeat medication.
You must first request a Logon and Password from Reception and show at this time a proof of photo ID such as Driving Licence or Passport.
You will receive a printed letter with all your Logon details from Reception at the time of your request.
