Electronic Prescribing Posted or Updated on 8 Mar 2024

The Practice is now using the Electronic Prescribing Service.

You will need to “nominate” a chemist to which your prescriptions can be sent automatically.

Please notify/confirm your “nominated” chemist with Reception.

When a nominated electronic prescription is generated, it is sent electronically so that the chemist can retrieve it directly.

A paper prescription will not then be issued by the Doctor.

You can change your nominated chemist at any time by asking a member of staff.

This will offer you a more convenient service, reduce your trips to the Practice and is relevant if you are receiving repeat medication.
