The way you order your repeat medication online has changed. To ensure data protection, from 1st April 2017 you will no longer be able to order your medication using the old system. The good news is the new system is more efficient and easier to use and still accessed through the Clifton House web site. To use the new system you will require a user name and password which can be obtained from the surgery by completing the form attached to the link below and presenting the completed form at the surgery with your photo ID. You can collect an application form from the surgery if you wish.

Do not use the link on the SystmOnline website to request online access electronically, as this does not wokr and you will still have to attend the surgery to show your ID and collect your log on information. 

Requests can only be made by completing a paper request and presenting at the surgery.
